Air Dryer Refurbishment

Over the years, McIntire has gained an unmatched reputation for quality and service. Many of our customers have shared great stories over the years of their favorite "Macs" that are now upwards of 30 years old!

Recent changes in the telecommunications industry have forced our customers to continually repair dryers that are close to three times the service life recommended by many industry standards.

McIntire offers a complete dryer refurbishment for All McIntire and ADK dryers. Dryers are comprehensively reviewed by a factory technician and a written estimate will be generated before any work is done. Once refurbishment is completed, the dryer is returned to the customer fully warranted.

McIntire also services heatless dryers from any ADK or competitive Dryer. The service includes the replacement of solenoids, O-Rings, Check Valve Balls and Springs and Desiccant Chambers. Dryers are then fully tested and inspected before being returned.

Repacked 6", 9" and 12" desiccant Chambers are also available for use in the refurbishment for a cost savings, or for sale as a spare part at a considerable cost savings with the return of your towers.
